Erin Thomas (she/her/hers), MS, LCPC
When it comes to mental health therapy, knowing who to call and who to trust can be pretty overwhelming. I get it because I’ve been there too.
That’s why I guarantee a safe space for you to always feel heard, respected, and cared about - no matter your story. I have immediate empathy for people who are brave enough to be vulnerable and share their life.
My areas of therapeutic focus include assisting teens and adults to confidently move through life transitions, treating anxiety and depression, eating disorders, and addressing trauma and OCD through somatic work and evidence-based practices to restore a sense of safety and inner peace.
I view nature as a powerful source of rest and renewal. I value growth and learning through mindful practices such as yoga, acupuncture, holistic therapies, and counseling. I am committed to meeting you where you’re at through online services that are safe and affirming for LGBTQIA2S+ folx and BIPOC clients.
I’m also a mom, a daughter, a family member, a friend, an advocate, and yogi. When I’m not at work, you can find me connecting with loved ones in nature: skiing, hiking, or enjoying any lake we can find!
